What the service is

  • TangyuanAI is an AI design agent plus creative canvas: you provide a brief and reference assets, the system plans and generates a visual set, and you keep editing on the canvas.
  • The only official website is tangyuanai.vip. Same-named products on any other domain are unrelated to us.

Accounts and credits

  • One account maps to one user or one team seat; keep your login method safe.
  • Generation is metered in credits. Subscription tiers and usage prices follow what the pricing page currently shows.
  • We may limit or terminate accounts engaged in mass registration, free-tier abuse, or credit resale.

Rights in your content and outputs

  • Your uploads remain yours. You grant us only the processing license needed to run generation and canvas features.
  • Outputs generated under paid plans belong to you and carry a commercial license, with specifics on the pricing page.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload: third-party work, fonts, and real-person likenesses need proper authorization.

Acceptable use

  • No generating or distributing illegal or infringing content; no unauthorized use of likenesses or trademarks.
  • When outputs are used as ecommerce listing images, you are responsible for keeping them consistent with the physical product and compliant with the platform you sell on.
  • No automated scraping at scale and no attacks on the service.

Liability boundaries

  • AI outputs are probabilistic and may take several rounds; review text, logos, and product details before publishing anything important.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you actually paid in the past twelve months.

Changes and termination

  • Updates are published on this page and material changes are announced in the product; continued use means acceptance.
  • You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated, with paid balances handled case by case.
