What we collect

  • Account basics: your sign-up email or the identifier returned by a third-party login such as WeChat.
  • Content you upload: images, reference shots, text briefs, and edit history on the canvas.
  • Operational data: generation logs, credit usage, access logs, and basic device information, used for billing, abuse prevention, and debugging.

How your content is used

  • Your uploads and generated results are used only to provide generation, editing, and canvas features to you.
  • We do not sell your content and do not use it for purposes unrelated to serving you.
  • We do not train foundation models ourselves, and we do not use your content to train our models.

Third-party model providers

  • Generation requests are computed by third-party model services (the current lineup is listed on our pricing page, covering image and video generation models plus the conversational model that drives the agent).
  • Only the content necessary to complete your request is transmitted. Each provider processes data under its own terms; we do not grant any provider additional rights to train on your content.

Retention and deletion

  • Your content is retained while your account exists, so you can return to your canvases.
  • You can delete canvases and assets in the product, or email us to request deletion of your account and all associated content. We verify identity, process the request, and reply.

Sharing boundaries

  • Beyond the model providers above and infrastructure required to run the service (cloud storage, payment processing), we do not share your content with anyone.
  • If disclosure is required by law, we will notify you where legally permitted.

Security and minors

  • Content is transmitted over encrypted channels and internal access follows least privilege.
  • The service is built for adult creators and teams, not for children under 14.

Changes and contact

  • Updates are published on this page; material changes are announced in the product.
  • For any privacy question, data copy, or deletion request, email us below and a human will handle it.
